HAHA... I've made a heat shield just because of you Kev. Open dumps are no biggie on 2wd cars. We grab them from the front wheels or control arms and go outward with them. No worries about dumps
Hey Dag, do me a favor and weld in two O2 bungs after each of the turbos where they're easily accessible from the top of the car. It'll make it easier to get a solid AFR reading from each bank and it'll give him a place to keep a permanent wideband which we both know AJ will have sooner then later.

He had one wide band in the left bank already way down stream, i can put two in no problem

Looking good . Only thing I would think about is gate location as far as boost creep. If you are going to be running very low boost . Having the gate not be priority can cause creep or overboost conditions. Just something to think about before its all welded up

Yeah from what I've seen the closer to the turbo you can get it, the better. The readings are more accurate and respond quicker although you may go through sensors quicker as well.
