nice nice.. okay so today when i have a bit of time i am going to go through the thread and every one who said they would help ill throw on a list and start getting the names rolling.. even if we have to hire a cop I am sure we will raise enough to cover and then some.. but i am still talking to a few people about that whole thing

but we still need to get others to help out with all the other stuff on the list as well..

Advirtise In Process(Anyone)

Make posters
Make flyers to advirtise around
Make sheets to put in peoples windows who are in the show
Get a guarantee we will have food and drinks
Get tables and chairs

It will be held at the school that he attended. Which is Memorial Highschool. I will post up directions tonight when i get a chance.

thanks Neal! saves me some time cause I gotta work today..

So I got a number to call a cop to have one there for the event. It is a 4 hour minimum, to hire one for the event so I guess it has to be 4 hours long.. I will give them a call some time during the day.

I will also make a post so maybe we can go around to a few other forums and get a bunch of clubs to enter into the show and Ill make some flyers and put them up around Derry, Londonderry, Manchester, Auburn and any other place.

I want to get a list going as well of those who are already in. PM me or post on here if you are sure you in for this and have the day off.. I will need a few people there early in order to set up everything and help park cars.

talked to my principal today, I am going to talk to a person who does the event booking.. so i would like to know what time works best for everyone.. June 8th will be the day and i am looking along the lines of say 10 to 2 or 10 to 3? What does everyone think?

talked to my neighbor today unfortunatly they will not do volunteer work for event but hes gonna give me a number so i can try to convince them to give us a cop for free that will save us 500 dollars

yeah gotta talk to some tomorrow.. cops are money hungry these days. Even if we have to fork out some cash i am sure it can be done..
