You can eat the eggs now. I use a hot brine method so they are ok to eat after 3 days and ideal from 2 weeks on. Those were made on 2/2.
Perfect thanks!

It's good, but it's too close in flavor to the teriyaki. The marinade itself was perfectly sweet and spicy. On the jerky, the spice is lost and it's basically sweet with a very faint bourbon flavor. Needs improvement.

Everybody's orders have been picked up or shipped out, except Cutlassjim......

I just want to send out a huge thanks to everyone who has ordered. I really do appreciate it.

The newest stuff I made last night is beyond amazing. I have to special order a major part of the marinade, so it will be a couple weeks before I can make a full batch of it.

The new stuff is my new favorite. "Bucky's great northern, too damn good, lead in your pencil, sweet pepper, jack jerky"

It's a bayou bourbon glaze, with apple cider vinegar, jack daniels whiskey, and garlic pepper.

Thanks!

It's really damn good. I left a sample at my friend Erik's house when I went over to take care of his dogs. He sent me this text when he got home:

"Did you marinate this in heaven? NICELY DONE!"

Honestly can't wait to make more.

My bad too. After I posted that I got my jar I never checked the thread again and was expecting a PM or text message to let me know you had another batch. Never saw the order list until I also saw that I didn't want my order.

I'm leaving for upstate NY for a week tomorrow. Can I swing by on my way up around noonish?
