Ended up picking up my order from the butcher on Thursday. Hand cut everything and started marinating the teriyaki. Put the first batch of teriyaki in the dehydrator this morning. Then cut up another 3.75lbs and started marinating the pineapple.
I have Kevin's and Joe's eggs ready, and I'll probably have to order more beef. The 12lbs I got isn't going to be enough for my current orders!Steve - Somersworth, NH

Kevinoffroad4x4,
You can eat the eggs now. I use a hot brine method so they are ok to eat after 3 days and ideal from 2 weeks on. Those were made on 2/2.Steve - Somersworth, NH
