At the FF meet, I had teriyaki only. I haven't made the garlic in a long time and I make that marinade 100% from scratch, so unless I got a ton of orders for it, I'll probably stay away from it for now.

I made venison jerky this last fall for my buddy Erik. He gave me the venison and I made it for him. I dropped it off at his place and left it on the counter in a ziplock bag. When he got home all there was, was a chewed up bag. His dogs loved it though!

My butcher is out of the beef I use until Wednesday. I placed my order but I won't have the jerky done until the middle of next week.

I ordered enough beef to make extra for myself or to handle additional orders so get your orders in now.
