So i read tonight, 15g turbo (mine is slightly bigger), tlao chips (i have installed), 20psi, RSI stage II cam (i have, not installed) and bigger intercooler (installed) and tranny accumulator mod, minus interior bits and sticky tires is good for low 12 second passes in the Volvo, Gives me more incentive to get the wagon to the track this summer. Maybe i will opt for the manual valve body 700r4 with stall converter just to be safe. prolly better gearing.

Get the truck there first..priorities man.. lol

You fix the driveshaft yet that had massive amout of play?

yep, did that a while ago, it was the ouput support bearing on the tranny, the white sedan had the sloppy center support bearing

I was hoping you weren't talking about the carrier.
I had one go on my 81 turbo. It let go in Lee MA.
I was driving to NY in early Feb. I had to remove the driveshaft in seb-zero temps with some cheap-ass wrenches I bought at a hardware store. Least-fun repair.. EVER.

Im pretty sure thats the same exhaust manifold i got over the summer and thats awesome cause i want to top mount it and i was worried about if i had to cut into the hood looks like i wont SICK!!

Rob, Have you started shopping for turbos for the 850, yet? The 19t made me 270whp/340/tq, but I feel like you'll want more.
The 850 has the new R manifold, which is the best, but AGP does make a better manifold that will suport a gt30 w/out any modifications.
I guess you can go bigger, but you need to angle the turbo so it doesn't hit the rear motor-mount.

You could always use the 06+ K24, which is good for another 50-ish HP, and a lot more available than the 19t.
