Rotted Rad has been replaced



Two new Fenders installed and car is scuffed


Base is done . One last scuff and final coat . Then we will add the flaps and decals . Oh and new windsheil Monday


Not really going to do more till after these events as It will be getting lowered and caged for HillClimb

Why are restrictors required for certain classes?
It’s strictly a safety & insurance decision. *The Mt. Washington Auto Road is extremely narrow and challenging and a high-powered and lightweight all-wheel-drive (AWD) race car would present safety concerns and risks that the organizers of the 2011 Mt. Washington Hillclimb feel are unnecessary for good competition.

Some perspective: In an organized test held on the Mt. Washington Auto Road in September 2010 using a 40mm restrictor on a turbocharged rally car prepared to the current R-1 Rally Class specifications, 4-time Rally America Overall Champion Travis Pastrana bested the current Mt. Washington Hillclimb record of 6:41.99 by over 20 seconds, on his very first try!

I will be. I have a company that will CNC bend and precut me a 10 point DOM cage for $500 . I just need to weld her in

I love how scott picks at his miata over the last 3 years, he get a honda and it's ready to go after a couple of days. LOL

Miata is a bigger project and it would have been done last year. Somehow the body guy ****ed up Cyl 2. So when I got it back and started tuning it sounded off. Compression check and that was it. Miata will get a full build , but I need time to fab a new Intake manifold.

Civic runs .. so its just some simple stuff for these winter events. Not sure if I will have the funds to finish it like I want before Hillclimb . I hope so
