The syncromesh straight cut gears are easily streetable and not as bad as you guys make them out to be..dog box is another story..yes they will whine and Chad knows this..

I know someone who put straights in his stock gsr tranny, lived with it for two years. His wasn't a DD though, if you do do it GL with it man.

I love that BMW video... when I saw it years ago it made me want straight cut trani for the M3. I belive I posted that video up here a while ago.
