Nh has no more exhaust law. I was pulled over for it in my buddy's truck and a month later the law takin away. Mass does however have a exhaust law

ya...mass's law is anything louder than stock...however its IMPOSSIBLE to prove in court unless the cop has a DB meter and proof of what the vehicle is like stock...and then its like a 50 dollar ticket...not worth their time
You know whats awesome? Actually owning the wheels you say you have

When did that take effect? And do we have it in writing somewhere? People keep going back and forth, and all I've seen in writing is the 'old' laws that say no louder than stock.

                Awesome, thank you.

Does enhancing noise count as 'reducing' noise?

The cops stand in the oval (where all the roads go to and center of town) with a decible meter and check your car even if it sounds a little loud. My jeep is really loud, like here me coming from half mile away loud (just ask the other milford guy hehe)and I've got 3 tickets so far, they ask me to fix it and I say no ill just keep paying. With the justy I just take all back roads cause it usally dosent have a licence plate on it...
