have we thouht about byob? if we just had bbq cost it wouldnt be to bad. also everyone has different drinking habbits. buying the food in bulk will save also. just a suggestion i would do byob, charge say $10 that will get you dinner and cruise entry. then after costs are covered donate the remainder to make a wish

Dans a picky drinker lol jk but many people are so thats fine (if there was anything left in the keg id happily take responsibility for making sure it doesnt go to waste so bring what ever you want. Sometimes a keg and planned food is nice bc it makes it a more organized event then just a house party.
