                            Ok, so after much thought and discussion the BBQ will be $10 a head BYOB

                            That should cover everything and if we are lucky give us some money to give to DatsunPilot for hosting the event.

                            If anyone would like to help with anything like plates/condiments/waters any other type of snack please let me.know.

                            Just to recap

                            Cruise is free
                            BBQ after is $10 a person and includes all you can eat burgers and dogs.

                            Bring your own alcohol of choice and a good attitude. If you are planing on having more then a couple of drinks, PLEASE stay the night! Many of us are already planning on camping in the field and there is plenty of room for everyone.
