It's always easier to have 1 person get everything then charge for it. Then you don't have to rely on other people to bring things. The downside is that you'd have to front the money.

and started haying the fields so it will be all nice and cut short, got the ole york rake out too to prep the road going do into the field.

Well the money would be going to food and drinks. It's not a camp site so there's no money going to site fees. The price will be set at a reasonable amount (likely under $20 but don't quote that just yet). Still some discussion to be had on specifics but hopefully we'll have some more info in the next week or so.
