Description: Most of you know I make home made goodies.

There has been some interest in me selling stuff so here is the thread.

I make jerky, pickled eggs, peppers, beets, etc, and dehydrated fruits like banana chips, pineapple chews, and fruit strips.

I sell the jerky in standard pasta sauce jars, it works out to roughly 1 pound of product. $20 per jar.

Pickled eggs come in pickle jars, 8 eggs, $5 per jar.

Banana chips, come in salsa style jars, $5 per jar.

Jerky currently available in Teriyaki, garlic citrus pepper, and pineapple jalapeño flavors.

I'd love to start a big batch on Sunday or Monday. I could use some spare cash for a little trip to NY next weekend.

I'll take cash, or PayPal as a gift. PayPal is my email address.

    Who wants some!!??!!

Damn Steve I wish I knew you made this stuff earlier. I make the best beef jerky! I would have at least traded some with you. Could you do a half and half jar of teriyaki and pineapple jalapeño jerky for me? Ill also do a jar of pickled eggs. My last batch I made raspberry jalapeño jerky with franks red hot buffalo sauce. I can do chicken/turkey etc, but I'll need to make a few batches to make sure I'm happy with them first.

                  Kevin,

My jerky is almost famous here. I gave a bunch for Christmas presents and it was a big hit. Camirand and the Creegans are big fans.

I can do mixed batches for sure.

To clarify, I think I have current orders from:

                  Andy: 1 teriyaki jerky
Kevin: 1 teriyaki/pineapple jalapeño and 1 pickled eggs.
                  Jim: 1 teriyaki jerky

Don't go to a sh*t ton of trouble if you've never made it, I only eat the stuff on occasion.

I think chicken could be interesting .

I want some for sure but I want a full batch, I need to put some moneys aside.

So for now, how about I try a jar of pineapple jalapeno , 1 jar pickled eggs, and 1 jar bandana chips.
You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

Have you tried cutting the jerky into strips before dehydrating it? That's how I do it and let it marinade for 24hrs.
Does it come out just as good in big pieces like that?

And pickled eggs ftw! Pickled eggs=Sara getting Dutch ovened

That is an old pic where I made jerky sheets and only marinated for about 30 minutes.

I cut them into bacon sized strips, marinate for 24-36 hours, and then dehydrate. I brought a jar to the fast and furious meet but you didn't come.

The stuff I make gets eaten too fast for me to have pics, lol.

Also, the eggs will be jarred and done by Thursday, but for best flavor you should wait 2 weeks to dig in.

I'm going to make 6 jars of eggs this batch so future orders won't require waiting.
