Your 550's will be at the very limit at 500whp. If you're on a single pump you won't make it. You'll have to go to dual pump, or step the injectors up.
Thanks Alex.
Sounds like I'm going to go with single pump, 800cc's, 6466 and try for an undivided manifold.
I'm going to start shopping this week .
Any more input welcomed.

We're working with the 6266 PTE. I think this will be the best option for cost, responsiveness on the street, and it should reach my power goal and then some.

It's not that...it's the triple ball bearing-only option for the 6466 for another +$800. And I'm not entirely sure I'm going to need what the 6466 puts out. If you look at the charts on the previous page, the 6265 really only runs out of steam after 32psi...and the 6266 will be more efficient, has better spool, and holds power better than the 6265...probably even if it is a journal.
Plus, as Alex said, we (7m owners) never really run over 18psi unless it's e85 or race fuel...
That is...unless I'm missing something. I'm really not that much of an expert...I just read a lot

If your trying to stay budget friendly, Id do without the ball bearing option. Keep that 800 bucks in your bank account.
If you notice, turbos like the 6266 always outperform the 6265. Same thing, the 6766 will always outperform the 6765.
Also remember, the larger the turbos compressor wheel, the more power @ less boost pressure it will make. So a 6466 will make more horsepower at 18 psi than a 6266.
My vote is still for the 6466. The 6466 spool time is so close to the 6266 you probobly wouldnt even notice the difference on the street, but you will notice the extra ponies on your dyno graph with that 6466 ;-)

You're right but, There is no option for a journal 6466. It's ball bearing only. Which makes me sad. But I think the 6266 will do the job for me.
