I found another dent this morning that I didn't notice originally. Oh well, it's still pretty.

Nice man, looks good. I liked the haldex style awd in my R better then my Forester. Don't know how the volvo's compares to VW .

The stability control steps in if I get too sideways, and it can't be turned off completely. It's nice for inadvertent slides, but not so good for trying to play in parking lots. I'm OK with that though. I'm not gonna be as reckless with this as I was with the Subarus. Too much money in it, and finding another one of these won't be easy.

I found 2 options:
remove the abs fuse..seems easy-enough.
or: "Just drive 37+ MPH in reverse and DSTC will deactivate until restart"

Yeah '06. No thanks on the reverse trick haha. I'm not in a hurry to abuse it so probably won't be bother with trying to turn the DSTC off.

Way to much work. Only had to push a button in the R. If it was mine I'd probably splice in a toggle switch on that fuse so you could switch it on and off.

I'm about due for a newer car, and I'm 90% sure it'll be a Volvo wagon.
