Paint-matching 16 year old single stage cream yellow paint is not an endeavor I care to partake in.
In either case, I did a decent job. I could have spend more time smoothing/filling the hood, but it looks worlds better than it did before.

The car actually looks good with the yellow/black, and I have no intentions of restoring the car to it's original state.

But to help anyone in the future, Plastidip is the #!#!#!#!. Did it on my hood and it looks amazing. It smoothed itself. No need for sanding. It's been a couple weeks now and no signs of it coming off. Search YouTube for Plastidip.

Also, it comes in yellow.
