there are a couple of wagons on craigs list, they go from 700-1200 bucks or more depending on how much the owner has thier head up their butt. I added up a rough price for what it would cost to bring the car to where i have mine, ball park is $2000 in parts plust the cost of the car, most of the stuff i bought second hand off the turbo bricks forum, Prolly 500+ isn't stuff you absolutely need, Wideband is one of those things, i didn't install one till way later in my build, only about 3 weeks ago i think, so i'm not sure if i really needed the 3" Afm/amm or bigger injectors for the boost i'm running, the sway bars and chassis braces will set you back $500, all turbo cars and wagons came with 19mm from the factory, IPD are 25mm. The cam gears run around $130 ish depending if they are new or used, something else not totally necessary at the begining of the build but every little bit helps. Chips for the computer and turbo/intercooler upgrade are the biggest performance gains right out of the gait, chips are rougly 50hp and the bigger turbo will provide less heat. Stick with 1990+ for the cars, pre 90 came with 9mm rods, 90+ have 13mm rods and will handle serious abuse.

These are now installed in the wagon, bought them used for $220 shipped. what a huge difference, thanks again to Scotty at Custom Auto for the hand putting these in, roughly 2 1/2 hours not problems

So i read tonight, 15g turbo (mine is slightly bigger), tlao chips (i have installed), 20psi, RSI stage II cam (i have, not installed) and bigger intercooler (installed) and tranny accumulator mod, minus interior bits and sticky tires is good for low 12 second passes in the Volvo, Gives me more incentive to get the wagon to the track this summer. Maybe i will opt for the manual valve body 700r4 with stall converter just to be safe. prolly better gearing.
