            Thanks for the compliments

As far as the turbo question goes I was worried that there might be something pressed into the turbine housing but I took it apart and nothing, rotated it and all set, you can call me a over cautious moron if you want, but I'd rather break something actually trying to get it to work rather then opening it.

SMC0922 I will be contacting him, thanks, any expert advice I will take part of. Plus I really need a new alignment and to get my car corner weighed, along with some other things.

d3ad1ysp0rk, this will be my first turbocharger build, if I want to I could save for a year or so, have a shop do it, or I can build it on my own, get help with what I need help and actually learn more. Yeah I might break some things (okay a lot) but that's why I'm saving for a beater.

Plastik Avenger, I saw your car too, and was wondering why I was seeing a lowered Ion wagon with a sparco drivers seat, what other things have you done to it? as far as my tib goes, I plan to have a beater before winter so it won't be seen that often.

              Good call.

I wasn't saying you CAN'T do it yourself, but I was under the impression it was your daily driver, and was suggesting based off that.

Okay it sounded like you were saying I can't do anything on my car. Eh, like I said, I know plenty about upkeep and repairing things on cars, but taking a car from being naturally aspirated to force induction is a huge thing, so as much as I would love to hit huge numbers my plan is to for now get a beater, start piecing together everything I need, do my research and get a low boost setup running (8-9psi).

Only then afterwards have my block rehoned 1.8L pistons and connecting rods put in and balanced (drops the compression down to 7.7:1) have my block and head decked to raise the compession back up a bit, have a 3 way vavle job done and tigerlily valve springs installed so I'm not on the verge of floating my vavles at redline, and then convert my engine to also read off a map sensor in the intake manifold and tons of other things.

I honestly do not get why Hyundai would build an engine that physically can get up to 6750rpms and then set a rev limiter at 6700?

But right now my goal is to get 200-240 to the wheels by next summer.

well atleast it is on a car where pretty much if you use any piggyback tuner made outside of the neo it throws the damn car into a seizure.
