They have dyno charts posted that confirm 20+psi of boost, its definitely capable. The smaller turbo they provide with the setup is still capable of making decent power and would spool quicker, but I believe the widely used GT28RS "disco potato" (ask the DSM guys ) will also fit with this manifold.
I think the only problem you may run into with the tuning is if you have him tune with the smaller turbo first and then try to ask him to retune with the larger one--your best bet may be to get the larger one right off the bat. Also the Stage 2 setup comes with a FMIC that is plenty large and functional to cool 350+ whp, I believe that's what they used on their 384whp focus. If you go to focussport.com they have some dyno videos and racing clips with the car, it's pretty amazing.
Additionally, on focaljet if you PM FocusSportVP and let him know what you have and what you'd like to do he can help you out. That's Randy Robles, VP and head of the tuning department at FocusSport. Vik is the lead tech for mechanical questions, and Raffi is another one of the higher ups there. If you ask for any of them when/if you call you'll get your answers for sure.
