Eurodyne Maestro Suite is like $850 if you want DIY package. APR is having a sale now, like $600 will buy you a fully loaded ECU (4 programs, switch them with your cruise control stalk).

I'm not necessarily opposed to a DIY application, but most, if not all, of my knowledge is on toyota/lexus. ive heard nothing but good things about APR. only problem is I either have to go to PA for them to do it or find a local authorized retailer for APR.

I had a brain cramp... 2.0t.. go unitronic. You can get it right at Kinetic in Hampstead . And 2 buildings behind it is my buddies shop Tricked Out Motorsport . He is a audi/vw specialist , he doesn't like to fix stuff though..lol just performance and full builds. If you need work done HM Motorwork for sure. He does to performance also though.

Learn more about our performance products for your Audi A4 B7 2.0TFSI 2006-2008. Unitronic offers performance software and hardware for VW and Audi.

the site is pretty lol ive also heard different things on my DV valve. some are saying the stock is fine if you don't do much more than a tune. others say you want to upgrade it off the bat. any opinion on that?

                      I'd have.to ask around . Forged DV is a popular one .

Edit: looking at unitronics site . Stage 1 is 17 psi for 100% stock car. There stage 1+ is 19psi and recommends upgraded DV .

yeah I was looking to do the stage 1+ now, might be safer to replace the DV anyway if I'm going to be adding more down the road. I'm thinking with the stage 1+, intake and exhaust I should see in the neighborhood of 260-275?

what would be the benefit/downfall of running a BOV instead of a DV if the motor will slowly be upgraded?

Depends if you are talking crank or wheel. There #'s posted I believe are crank HP .

                          Revo's

They have.changed there site since.the.last time I used it.. I'm not a fan, can't get there dealer locator to work on my phone either.

Revo, used to offer a free 24hr flash . They would flash the.car but the tune would go back to stock after 24 hrs or something. But doesn't look like they do that any more

I think unitronic is going to be the best way to go for what I'm.looking for. plus it can be installed locally which is always a plus. I like to find one shop that I trust to do everything from oil changes to turbo swaps so I have someone who knows the car as well if not better than me.
