265:75 Racing on Highways. –
I. No person shall drive any vehicle on a highway in any race, speed competition or contest, drag race or acceleration contest, test of physical endurance, exhibition of speed or acceleration, or for the purpose of making a speed record; and no person shall in any manner participate in any such race, competition, contest, test or exhibition.
II. The driving of 2 or more vehicles from a point side-by-side at accelerating speeds in a competitive attempt to outdistance each other, or the driving of one or more vehicles over a common selected course, where the starting and finishing points are the same, for the purpose of comparing the relative speeds or power of acceleration of such vehicle or vehicles within a certain distance or time limit on a highway is prohibited.

Just the fact that you have been stopped 16 times within the past sevearl months would give me the suspicion that you either,

a: suck at driving and attract so much attention to yourself when you 'drive feed your need for speed'
b: drive like an asshole and attract alot of attention, and deserve to be called out on it
c: you have a car with a loud ass exhaust and hit 6k down elm street everyday just to seem like you have a fast car.


anyways, the fact that you have been stopped 16 TIMES in the past Year nonetheless means that you need to be taught a lesson and losing your license or whatever they are going to do will hopefully swing you in the right direction.

Allow me to clear something up. There seems to be some confusion as to the definition of the word "highway".

Highway - A main road or thoroughfare, such as a street, boulevard, or parkway, available to the public for use for travel or transportation.

If you are on a street, you are on a public "highway".
