try pro street unlimited in manchester its right off valley street... thats where all the honda kids go to get there rocketships instpected.... i mean ive been in the shop when he was doing inspections and he barely looks at the cars... if you have no check engine lights on and dont have a loud exhaust that you didnt buy from him you should be fine just call up and schedule an inspection and just be real casual and if he mentions something bout the rust just explain to him you plan on fixing in a month or so just say your tight on money and you should be fine....pm me if you want the number

Heath auto in Derry is good, only time he failed me was when I had a tie rod end way too far gone, and he didnt even reject it he just told me to come back within 10 days. I went back next day, just looked to see it was new and put a sticker on.

Dont fill the hole with spary foam or bondo . Your soft top drains there . If you fill it it will just rot higher and possible into the car . I would use sheet metal and have someone weld them up (or you could rivet it ). Just make sure you make a drain hole in the bottom . All Miata's have this problem .
