so i get alot of people in my work that seem to never believe me when it comes to tinting windows, so i figure i'd post the laws up here so everyone else would know it....
when you get pulled over and you say you have a problem with your eyes by the way, the cop doesn't give a sh*t 9 out of 10 times because you should have an exemption from the dmv. to get that exemption takes a long time and it's the biggest pain in the a$$, despite what people think, a doctor's note isn't as easy as it sounds. but you'll only really get hassled if you're front's are tinted or the rear's are clearly excessively tinted.

- front window can only have non reflective tint on the top 6 inches of the window
- absolutely NOTHING can be applied to the front drivers and passenger windows
- rear side windows and rear window can not have tint less than 35%
- none of the windows can have a tint resembling a metallic or mirrored appearance
- any color you want to use is permissable
- if the rear window is tinted, BOTH side mirrors are required
