Do you know how much work and effort will have to go into the event to keep it "organized" like Target... And if we were to use the name then Shawn would be held liable.... And I know he doesn't have that kind of time...

That sucks!!! I loved going to to target shows!! I was really looking forward to them this summer since I'm not all swollen, pissy, and knocked up! And I was psyched to bring Pineapple with us this time around too!!

Well this is just horse#!#!#!#!. Steve is pretty good with PR and is "more adult" than us so maybe he can help us out with getting an in chatting with an owner/ manager.

I like tylers idea about Walmart. A bunch of friends and I used to hang out at the amherst one neat the back and play frisbee and have boxing matches. Cops would pull in and chat for a few and be on their way with no problems

I guess I really didn't make my statement clear.. it was directed towards Ben and you cause you +1 it so I thought you were also agreeing that mall of NH wouldn't let us do it.
Ohhh...I was still on the pitch with what zero said about Nashua...didn't even realize been was referring to Manch. I understand what you mean now. So it wasnt really to me, but sorta. Haha

Also.... The area at pheasant lane that I think you're talking about is in Mass.... So there could be more to everything.

Yup, that's Tyngsboro. A good chunk of the "main" parking lot and part of the mall itself are in Tyngsboro, too.

Theres no taxes at the mall...so therefore is has to be NH, since that would be against state law...Im assuming. Across the street however is Tyngsboro

+1, if somebody wants to deal with it.

Pheasant Lane is the best choice. The Nashua Target meets had such a good turnout because you would get MA ppl up here too.

Check out the satellite view on Google Maps. The state line cuts through the southernmost part of the building. It looks like at least 1/3 of the parking spots for the whole mall are in MA.

The biggest hurdle to hosting a car show in a business lot is insurance. Businesses don't want the liability. If you host a show and benefit a charity like make a wish, lions club and others, you can usually use the charity's event insurance policy.

Carnutz in Newport host their Monday night cruise nights and the lions club sells refreshments, so they use the lions club insurance.

I bet Debbie at Make a Wish would be interested in this opportunity if we kept a donation bucket going each week. If not, I bet I could get the carnutz involved (since some usually attended Target anyway), but we'd have to collect for the Newport Lions Club which would be weird in Nashua.
