Glad you guys had a good time, hope everyone did.

If anyone was disappointed with ANYTHING at all, don't hesitate to PM me about it.

I am sure you could tell it was a first time out for us. Not too organized, but heck, I wasn't really expecting more than 3-4 cars anyway.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I am hoping the good weather brings out the hot rods, the drag cars etc.

Please understand we did not give away a lot of stuff due to being the first time around, and nobody really there to 'see' cars. The raffle items will get bigger, better, and more of them. When we start having people come to SEE cars, not just bring them.

If we start getting a lot of the 'rods etc... we're probably going to put the flashy stuff out front, and if you guys still want to 'show' we'll probably assign certain areas. Like for instance, classics out front where you guys were tonight, stock/lightly modded over along the Victorian park area, and maybe set up the side towards the Honda dealership for specialty things like trikes and the ghostbusters car (if I can get it... )

I do want to organize the raffles and best in show etc better... that really blew for me. I didn't have time tonight to really figure it out, and once again - brand new at this. I think I was far with 1st/2nd/3rd prizes, anyone disagree?

1st to the Silverado for overall modification
2nd to Andy's plain old 6... for the electronics work and CarPC integration
3rd to Fitz's S2K for over-the-top cleanliness

PS - one of you turbo guys gotta bring me for a ride sometime...

I did get to 'look at' my Uncles Pinto w/ a 5.0 Mustang motor though...

Great time, doug. I will be there from now on, since its literally a 7 minute drive for me.

And to those that dont think their ride is worthy or dont want to "show" the beater, this is not entirely a beauty contest, come and get a GREAT sub, hang out and make fun of automatic 240sx's that show up, and next time we will all walk in the shop at 8:57 for subs.

Seriously, come down and chill. It's just like sullys, except there are whoopie pies, frozen lemonade, and new scenery to gather amusement from. And dont forget JJ, check your oil more often than every 3 months. Walmart is next door for emergency 2 quart top-offs.

As dumb as that car was, remember we are trying to keep people coming to the store, as well as bring in more people.

That was a friend of Derek's, and as seriously stupid as that wing was and what not, try to refrain from making it obvious to him that you think it's a crap pile. lol.

As I told Derek, there will be people hating on other cars etc, with that many people of the 'motorhead' type, there will be 'what the hell is that thing' kind of mentality etc.

As much as you WANT to beat down on those guys, remember we need to keep these people coming in. Some guy shows up in a convertible VW Beetle... please resist the temptations We need every $ we can get.

Seriously though... that wing was rediculous!

I have a 400lbs of JUNK in my backseat, the dash is ripped to pieces, I have a blown strut... Yeah. You'll be forgetting about that 240sx... lol. Did I mention 103hp stock? lol!

did i miss something last night or what. a 240 showed up?? i get alot of "what is that" from the classic car guys and when they find out more about the car they like it more. plus being yellow doesn't hurt either. i had a good time. hopefully there will be more cars after i pass the flyers out at target. speaking of of target anyone want to go?? The target is on Amherst st in Nashua.
