    SOLD 1991 Honda Civic

    Vehicles for SALE
    Name: Steve B

    Selling: 1991 Honda Civic $900

    Price: $900 firm

    Location (City, State): Manchester

    Means of Contact: Pm here

Description: ** if you saw this ad or the car before, it no longer has a roof mounted exhaust, and it is no longer covered in vinyl graphics. It has all been removed and a fresh coat of flat black has been applied.**

1991 Honda Civic. 1.6L single cam swap, 5 speed, limited slip trans, on ebay coil over sleeves, Si front swaybar, progress 22mm rear sway, Dc front and rear strut tower bars, fully gutted interior except for dash, 2 eBay racing seats, and 2 Schroth Racing 4pt harnesses. Also has extended lug studs to accommodate different offsets.
Currently set up for SCCNH auto cross, but also registered and inspected.

Comes with old 14" Hoosiers on steel wheels, 14" snow tires on steel wheels, and 14" junk summer tires on lightweight Miata wheels powder coated white. I also have the stock suspension which will go with it.

I drive it daily, and don't hesitate to drive it all over the country. Has rust issues on rear wheel wells but nothing hard to fix. 188,000 miles on the body.

25,000 miles on the car since the D16 swap. At swap, car got new valve cover gasket, new timing belt, new axles. Installed new rear brake shoes and hardware 7000 miles ago. (Fronts are still good). Installed Competition Clutch Steel lightweight flywheel, new rear main seal, new OEM clutch, and new oil pan gasket 6500 miles ago. Car has had regular oil changes every 3000 miles.

You won't find a more reliable fun little car for this cheap! If you were to buy the swap, seats, harnesses, swaybars, strut tower bars, and coil over sleeves separately, you'd be at the $1500 mark already. Then add in a useable shell, and an extra set of wheels, and this is a good deal for someone who wants a fun auto cross car or cheap winter beater!

What it needs to pass nh inspection:
    Exhaust work
Minor rust repair on rear wheel wells
Back up lights hooked up (I cut the wires when I dropped the trans to change the clutch in June, forgot to hook them back up)

    $900 firm

I will consider trades for cash and an xbox360, GTA5, ruckus, scooter, PA equipment, good 15" summer or all season tires, parrot AR Drone, firearms, 9mm ammo, .22lr ammo, and whatever else I find interesting.

Send me an email, you may be surprised. I bought a new car, so I don't need this any longer, but that also means I'm not desperate to get rid of it for cash either.

I also have a set of 15" steel wheels that go with it, as well as the stock suspension.

Snow tires, 15" steel wheels, and 13" steel wheels no longer included, as they were stolen.

I'm buying a newer car tomorrow, will have no need for the civic in a couple of weeks.

Turns out the snow tires weren't stolen, they were sitting at HM Motorworks and it forgot about them.

                      Bump.

Had some interest in this... Kinda want to trade for something cool or maybe just give it to Haleem to make an actual track car out of...

Got a kid from Methuen possibly coming to see the car tomorrow. He just moved up here from Georgia. We emailed a few times and then started texting. He seems super pumped about it. After talking for a bit, just to be sure, I sent this:

"You've read everything and seen the pics, you understand that this is a stripped out car that needs some work?"

His response: "Yeah it still rides fine and has super easy to find cheap parts. I LOVE Hondas from this era. The fact that's its already stripped is a plus to me lol"

                          So it sounds promising.
