It's an 8 series... If you don't know the common bugs just close the thread and walk away...lol

common bugs are all electrical. windows roll down when you open the door and after 7 years the general module starts go bad causing little things to not work like the window door open feature, the steering wheel to not go up when you shut it off, the pass mirror to tilt down in reverse, and the windows and sunroof are supposed to go up at 100mph... near as we can tell they all work now.
body has some bondo repair from the previous owner
new parts are tranny filter (lifetime my ass), new OBC, replaced headliner, both electric seats work now with the cable shortened, new headlight assemblies, radiator, overflow bottle, valve covers, pads, tires, mufflers, and the vehicle does not have the common death wobble found in 8's

granted this is not a mint condition 8 series... it still needs attention here and there, however mechanically it drives straight, stops from 130 STRAIGHT AND FAST and accelerates thru the gears like an SOB it will sit and idle at operating temperature for hours purring with a quarter balanced on the valve cover.
