selling my couch/loveseat from my place in MA

I've posted this a couple times on FB, but I know you're not all on FB, or even my pseudo friends on there.

    link:

I've moved out of my apartment and I have a couch and loveseat that are still there and need to be sold.
We payed $1000 for the couch/loveseat set about 5 years ago, and they've only been used by adults.
There are no stains, just normal wear and tear. The pillows and cushions all unzip and can be run through the washer, and have been washed before.
The loveseat is barely used, and had a cover on it most of the time. the couch is as you'd expect after 5-ish years.
I did have a cat, but this couch was never clawed. There are also ZERO pet stains on the couches.
I've included the 2 pictures I have that were taken Nov. 25th, 2012. The couch is, I believe, 81" including arms.
I'm 6'1" and I can lay comfortably on it. It's also pretty deep.

I'm looking to get this sold quickly, and it's priced accordingly. The quicker it goes, the happier I'll be to lower the price.
I will not be available to help move this from the 2nd floor apartment it's in; You'll be meeting my parents, who own the house.
I can assure you that it's light-enough that my girlfriend and I moved it into the apartment.

If you have any questions at all, please email.
    Thank you,

    -Craig R.

They're on CL for $200, but I'd sell them for less for a friend. pictures are in CL ad. I'll see about posting some here. It might take a minute to get 'em on photobucket.
