These ridiculous temperatures do some funny things to turbo cars.

Your BOV is probably not an issue, but its hard to say. Remember that you are tuned for 18-19 max and a bleed to 16.5. That's about the same drop in pressure others see. Ben is the same way. He peaks around 19.5 and bleeds to just under 18. So between Rob's MBC, your TruBoost and Ben's GrimSpeed 3port, they all see about 2psi loss.
