Just did this my self... Super EZ!!
1) Remove coin tray
2) Remove 2 screws which hold the plastic trim under the steering wheel
3) Pull on the plastic trim and it'll pop out, may have to work it a little around the ignition and under the steering wheel black plastic.
4) Remove the connectors which go to the switches above the coin tray (fogs, cruise, heated mirror/wiper, etc)
5) Remove two blue plastic connectors on the front of the fuse panel.
6) Remove the 10mm nut from the top of the fuse panel
7) Using a flat blade screwdrive, pop the two clips holding the fuse panel on. Pull fuse panel out and rotate in downward to get to the connectors on the back. It'll be a bit stiff.
8) You want the large white connector on the middle of the back of the panel. I just pulled that one out so I could work with it. See pics below for connector location.
9) Trim back the tape/shrink tubing to gain better access to the orange wire. It is the ONLY orange wire and it's kind of hard to find until you pull the connector off and peel the tape back.
10) Tap the orange wire
11) Cut a piece of extra wire about 6" to 10" long... save it for a minute or two...
12) Remove the relay panel by compressing the clips. Easy with pliers.
13) On the 4th relay from the top you'll see a red wire with a green stripe. Snip the cable tie holding all the wires together for better access.
14) Snip the red/green strip wire about 3" from teh relay and strip it back about 1/4" (on the relay side).
15) Tape off the other end of the red/green strip wire that goes upto the dash.
16) Connect the tapped orange wire to the freshly cut & stripped red/green stripe wire. Pic is of my "test" to make sure it worked. I soldered the wires together and covered w/ heatshrink tubing. I also replaced the cable tie I cut in step 13 here.
17) Put connectors back in place and test your lights to make sure they function properly
18) Reassemble everything. You're done.
Note: Light which is ON the fog lamp switch will not illuminate if only the parking lights are on. It will only come on when the headlamps are turned on.
