    Bead rolling service?

Looking for a place locally that can bead roll the ends of my intercooler plumbing. Did a search around the forum but didn't turn over much.

Most people I know just lay a bead of weld around the piping, and I know Scott at ballistic can do that for you.

They are not sponsors, but Synaptic3 has a bead roller and they can roll your pipes.

HAHAH.... nice. Call them and see what they'd charge. It's not a lot of work to roll the tube, but depending on how many you need it may take up to an hour ($100 or so)

                im so sick of NES

i finally see why people make fun of that forum. the whole site is brenwashed and their rules and theories are just retarded.

but, i'd ask Scott (ballistic) about the bead rolling...since he is a sponsor and all and he's the man. haha

                  Need Some Help

Hey guys I was hoping someone here could help me out or point me in the right direction.

Right now my intercooler charge piping has no beads on the ends and is creeping / working its way lose over time, this is a serious boost leak issue that i need resolved. I need to bead my piping but I have no idea where / how to get that done.

We are talking about 2.5" Aluminum tubing here, nothing crazy, and im in need of a bead roller for it... Does anyone know where I can get a bead roller before the weekend?? I need it friday if possible...

I saw some DIY things on line where you rig up some vice grips but I dont have access too or have any knowledge with welding so i need some help if possible

                  Thanks guys

I already have all T-Bolt clamps and I also went as far as to silicone / epoxy all the couplers / tubing at the joints but they creep off because its not beaded so its just a smooth surface that always expands / contracts with boost and slowly works its way loose

If you can't get it rolled, dag or Scotty can weld beads on them.

In a pinch, you can spray the pipe with hairspray before sliding the silicone over them too.
