Hoping spring of 2017 to start building a garage. 32deep by 30wide should give enough room for a couple vehicles plus the bike comfortably. Lots of saving to do though

that place is a plus but it would cost me like 200 dollars to drive the car back and forth to there lol, plus 30/hr and no mention of a welder as part of your fee which kinda sux. plus it's like 3-1 chance it wouldn't get finished and have to pay another 60 to store overnight. and that's only one trip. with what i had in mind i'd need at least two trips. if i lived within 10 miles of it i'd jump on the bandwagon but i don't.

All this talk about garages is fun.

Mine is 30x60. 2 bays but with 2 cars deep. 10' high ceilings with storage in the rafters. Not insulated though. I close off the front half with tyvek house wrap stapled to the bottom of the rafter & let it hang to the floor. Staple some 1x1 to bottom so it doesnt flap around. There is plastic hung on the ceiling to prevent the heat from my k1 powered torpedo heater from rising. Basically have a 30x30 heated area & the back half cold storage. It works for me & my dad.

Looking in from one bay door, the two wood panels on the ceiling are fold down stars and a hatch to storage
