    the Fit EV, that count?

NSX won't be here until mid 2015 but with 4wd, a v6 and three electric motors it'll be a clusterfluff of engineering and at least a $125k tag.

I bet the nsx will be at least double that. And maybe it's opinionated, but like the predecessors, way way overpriced for what you'll receive.

Anyone have any updates on the new si getting a turbo?

I guess this is Honda news? SF reset the all motor street class record 9.81@137. I think it's a good example of how different all motor cars are versus boosted. This setup made 415whp/275tq whereas when mine was at a similar boosted level at 405/276 it went 11.4@127. I think these setups are more impressive than the 8 second boosted cars.

Got into the backseat of a new Accord coupe, while ducking my head was still against the rear glass. It would appear you have to be 5'2" to ride in the back, I don't know how that passed crash tests...

i don't understand that? crash tests are done with 'dummies' that fit in to the seats. why would they crash test a scenario where someone willingly compromised themselves? that's like them crash testing a miata with Shaq as the driver. if you don't fit in a car you buy something bigger and if you're a potential passenger and don't fit safely you don't ride in it, simple as that.

The dummy is average human size. I had thought that the accord being "full size" meant the rear seat tests included a full size passenger but I think what I've read points to that being wrong.

My point is if you have someone of average height (a male 5'11") in a crash their head would impact and probably go through the rear window if sitting in the back. That doesn't seem safe to me but I guess they don't care.

I don't even fit in the front passenger seat without having to recline really far back or slouch wayy down in the seat and I'm only 6'3. Thank god for whatever reason the driver's seat sits lower

And the 08 was bigger. In the new one there was no chance of me being comfortable in the front passenger seat, my head would hit the roof at every bump. However, the rear issue was much more unnerving.

official photos of the nsx engine revealed

A twin-turbo, direct injection, longitudinally-mounted V6 with dual front and single rear electric assist motors and dual clutch trans with "more than 6 gears."

Finally Honda puts the drivetrain the original NSX should've had, sans the electric motors.
