I am looking to get an alignment and perhaps corner balanced. Any shop in the central NH area that does this kind of work?
Alignment / Corner balance, who does it?

I believe HM Motor Works has mentioned doing track alignments before, but not sure if he still can or that was when he was at 3D and worked on a lot of track cars. I know he just has to book ahead of time as he uses another shops alignment rack.
Synergy does track alignments cause last time I called about an alignment they asked if it was a basic or custom track alignment .You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

Kinetic also offers corner balancing, as they do their auto cross car regularly.Steve - Somersworth, NH

I am close to Synergy so I'll give them a call. I adjusted my coil overs yesterday, I have a stuck collar and I was out of PBblaster & Aero Kroil. Even though I only adjusted one side the other rose and are at equal ride height, I think I have a imbalance LOL.
I took my car to a VW specific shop to get my Koni coil overs installed. They were a performance oriented set rather than the typical "make my dub slammed" type. The shop just figured I wanted the car slammed and installed/adjusted accordingly. I had to redo a lot of things to get the car to corner in a level/predictable manner but they've always been off a bit. I haven't really had a chance to use them to their limits anyways cause Ive been too busy to make it to a autocross/trackday and Manch city streets are a little rough to go blasting around town at 10/10ths. I used all the home brew methods like balancing on droop when jacked up and stuff. At this point I wanna say screw it and just get them done right by a pro with the right tools.Last edited by EuroTrash; 06-11-2013, 01:03 PM.MKV GTI 2.0T Stage Eleventy-thousand+

They have been slathered in anti-size. They havent been moved in a while though.
Also the anti-size seems to allow sand to stick in the threads.MKV GTI 2.0T Stage Eleventy-thousand+

Worked on mine and I even drove it in the winter. And I only have $300 coilovers.I cover the entire threaded section , like painted the whole thing and then screwed the collar on so there is some between the 2 collars .
They say you should move.the collars every oil change or something. Don't know where I heard that from though. You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

Yeah, its all set.
Still thinking about redoing the whole suspension with a H&R cup kit and swaybars. I've been looking at aluminum arms from a S3 and a BBK too. I have some plans for a big turbo and I like doing things in balance so the suspension and breakes are gonna need some attention.MKV GTI 2.0T Stage Eleventy-thousand+
