    Welding and porting

I've been doing a bit of work for people and really enjoy it so if anyone needs help with anything let me know. I can port aluminum or cast iron and weld pretty much anything. Plus I'm cheap and usually work for food and beer.

    Some stuff I've done.

This is a vacuum manifold I made at work out of 316L. Filler rod is 1/16 308. 2 small ports and a nice fishmouth plus a kf40 flange at one end.

This is a 4G63 head I did for a friend.

And a Sentra spec V intake manifold for someone on another forum. Polished up the outside too.

I had to chop and reweld the end cap on a valve today.

And an intercooler I had to put some tabs on and weld up a hole in the inlet pipe.

I just wanted people to know I can do aluminum too. The plug came out like poop because I had maybe 20 minutes to do the entire job. Including setting up the welder and making that plug. Plus they are two different types of AL. HA!
