    downpipe welding.

I'll take a picture if you need it, but the OBX downpipe on my 850 cracked right on at the flange to the turbo. It looks like it's about halfway around the exhaust.

I'm hoping I can get away with just repairing the crack, and I figured you're about the best guy for the job.

I'm hoping I might get away with repairing it on the car, but I feel like it may need to be removed.

any interest in a weekend job?

downpipe welded, 850's have a ton of room behind the engine, pulling the downpipe was probably the easiest job i've had to do, i think it's almost more difficult on a 7/9 series volvo, but not by much.

            I completely forgot to follow-up!
Rob really took care of me. I pulled in, and he immediately started in on the work. Luckily, things went smoothly, and i was out in about an hour.

            Thanks, Rob!

On a side note, the Saab 9-5 aero engine and trans should be ariving tomorow. Excited to get this under way.

                Me too!
Let me know when it arrives. I'm curious what they include with the engine when they send it. It sounded like they were ging to include everything, including accessories. I certainly hope that's the case!
