Gotcha..lol thanks, I work third shift so when I post in the morning I'm usually pretty tired. I put 24 hrs in this weekend and then had to.stay up so Rob could do the pan. Also you made a post in the other thread saying "please don't" , that you never explained. So I believed you were being negative which is fine ..lol you have the right to not like it.

Yea, that is more what I am worried about because it happened to a buddy of mine but he was a lot lower . It scrapped on a flat concrete garage floor...lol. but he still made it down to dust off flying off bridge junction..lol they had actually made ski's on the control arms, I didn't get to see what was actually done but it was described as ski's and a cage around the pan?
You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

Next thing is running the fuel lines and brake lines in the car so I don't scrap them.

uhm, lol. at least make sure they are stainless lines with no breaks/gaps in the passenger compartment.

That's what I was planning all stainless lines. I'm sure that's not cheap though , but the other kid with the yellow cobalt was talking about making SS lines at the last famous franks meet. He said he can make the ends, just need to buy a roll of SS line.

Edit: this should work for the fuel line.. maybe?

            Says :

3/8" I.D. x 10'' #304 Grade Stainless Steel Braided Nitrile Rubber Hose. NOT for use with fuel injection systems or E85 fuels
            Mechanical fuel injection count??

            10ft AN brake line

could actually get it done fairly cheap.. should have looked before..lol

yeah making lines isn't too bad. i did it by hand, but there are little tools that can help.

Been about 3 months , just wanted to update.

Super pan seems to be holding up strong, its has taking a beating... to say the least...lol

The black I believe it from the new pavement on goffstown back road. They have those little yellow markers in the middle of the road , I like to drive over them and hit them with the pan...lol In some places the middle of Tue road crowns enough that the pan scrapes and I pop those yellow tabs off..... it makes me smile...lol. its the little things in life some times... Hahaha

Lol, Nah... I'm good. My tire pressure is a little low and I have been hitting everything lately . I'm at my low limit ... for a daily driver anyway. Next I think I'm going to need to have Dag weld some little ski's on my frame where my control arms mount. They take the brunt of the hits, I have ground down a 1/2 -3/4 of an inch off of there all ready ...lol

yeah, not like control arms do much anyway, if they snap it wont roll the car over, it's already on the ground. i used to pull those yellow tabs up when i was in my early teens, no easy task, some of those bastards are really on there! glad it's holding up well

Yea , its solid, there are no dings or dents in it.. its really barely scratched . I bet just a light sanding it would look like new again. I am very happy , thanks for the good work Dag.
