    Thanks for the info....

I just searched google pics and couldn't find a shots of then on a suby. Do you know where I can find any for a refrence? Also any clearance/ rubbing issue with the 17 X 8.5 on a mild drop (1.0 F/.05R)? Possible test fit if you have them in stock?

        Civic si hb,
Here is a shot of the XXR STi with 19x8.5 518's in Spirited Gold.

The owner of XXR Wheels uses that STi as a personal vehicle:-)

I have the 518's in black size 18x8.5 on my LGT running a 245/35R18 tire. My car is also mildly lowered with Eibach sport springs 1in front, 0.8 rear. I had my fenders rolled to accomodate the wide size tire that chose to run. However WRX's, especially the older models, have wider fenders than the Legacy GT's so you may be ok, but ideally if you wouldnt mind coming by the warehouse for a test fit I think that would be the best bet to ensure proper fitment.

They are in stock by the way, my wheel guy that ususally handles all the test fitting is out this week on vacation, but if you wanted to PM me with when you wanted to come by next week we can certainly work something out.

          Hey Gene,

Feel free to PM when things are good for you...

I'm not a huge fan of rolling the fenders personally so if I'd have to do that I'd go with the 17 X 7 if I had too. (same size and width as my stock ones) At least my oem tires would fit on those rims too. Hit me up when you have a chance and I'll swing by though, thanks

                Civic si hb,
Totally understandable on the fender rolling issue. The wheel is designed to be a bolt up without issue on almost all performance subaru's. I believe that my fitment issue stemmed from the extremely wide tire that I am running much more than the width of the wheels. The 245/35R18 tire has a section width of 9.8 inches! Running a more traditional size of 225/40R18 would certaintly give you more clearance. However as we agreed on before as test fit is the best way to determine if the clearance is sufficient for your liking.

Just a note on the 17x7's. I mentioned that we are a vendor at the WBM this sunday, and are giving away the set of 518's in Gold that I have in stock as a raffle prize. If you were planning on attending the event stop by the booth and enter for you chance to win these wheels. If not no worries, I have the 17x7 in black in stock for fitment purposes next week, and I can order the Gold's in for you, but there would be an additional charge for the UPS of $60.00.

I'll be in touch, til then have a good one!

                  Alright Gene,

I'll keep in touch with ya and you do the same. So If I'm interested in the 17 X 7 in Gold I'm looking at 99.00 a rim plus the $60.00 for shipping? Or If I go with the 17 X 8.5 in Gold they are $102.00 a rim with no shipping charges? If I wait longer am I able to get the 17 X 7 without the shipping charge of $60.00. Paying the extra $60.00 on $400.00 of rims is a kinda deal breaker for me. What do ya think? At the $460.00 range I'd put a few extra bucks towards the rota's in the 17 X 7.5 that I was looking at previous. At $400.00 your is such a good deal with out getting hit for shipping. Let me know about the 17 X 7 in gold at the $400.00 price that's really my 1st choice because I can use my stock tires too and which have good tread on them.

Dont Worry about the shipping, I just beat up XXR for the freight so we are all set on the 17x7's in Gold. It will take about 7 days to get them in, would you like me to order them? The price will be what I originally quoted you at $99.00/wheel.

                    Let me know,

Unfortunately the Attack's are only available in size 16 and 17". Is your car a GTi or an R32? Looking at your banner pic at the bottom of your post I'm guessing by the body style of your car that the bolt pattern is most likely 5x100 with a high offset. If you are looking for 19" I have the following in stock.

                          Falken Torque 5 Gunmetal 19x7.5 5x100 et+42mm

                          $536 for the set.
I have a R32 My stocks are 18x8 5x100 38 et... the torques arn't bad. I found on a nother site that they come 19x8. But they came up and not fitting an R32 I'm thinking they may not clear my brakes with out spacers. Witch is the problem I had with rims I just bought.... and sold..lol I need 20mm spacers in the rear anyway to bring the stocks to the fender and 8mm in the front.

Unfortunatly... My clutch went so getting wheels has been put on hold
I'll get back intouch with you when I get the car fixed....$1200 later

Thankyou for looking up some for me.
