    Thanks to Motostar!

Just wanted to say thanks to Gene and the whole crew at Motostar for getting me set up with an amazing set of wheels and tires for my cobalt.

I started out with a set of 18" Forte Miami wheels, which had the right bolt pattern and the right offset, but the spoke design wouldn't clear my Brembos.

Gene and crew went out of their way to find me a set that fit AND that I liked, all on short notice, to get me wheels in time for the UConn show.

I ended up with a set of 18" Motegi MR107 wheels, wrapped in Falken Azenis 615's at 225/40/18.

I love the wheels, actually like them better than the Forte's, and the tires are AMAZING. They are so grippy! It's almost like driving on Velcro, and I've had to relearn my clutch for starts and stops, lol.

This is now my 3rd set of rubber from Motostar, and each product has been exceptional. My winter tires are Continental Extreme Contacts, my wife got some Kumho's, and now these wheels and the Falkens.

If you're thinking about wheels and tires, give Gene a call first, and let Motostar make you happy!

Are the Azenis the new K series that are now out? Haven't seen a review on them yet if so and curious as well.

I opted for the older series. From everything i've heard, the only real difference in the 2 is wet performance. I'm sure Bill or Gene will correct me if I'm wrong.

James from James and Sons has a set of these on one of his old cars, and Bill's buddy with his racing STI had a set on his. James said they are one of the best tire's he's ever had.

So far I've been more than happy with them.

Yeah I've been a huge fan of/ the older RT615's and between them and the Dunlop Star Specs they are prob my fav 2 tires for the money.

The k's have a few differences on them. They are 8% lighter the wet has been improved and they have also made the over all traction increase with a sticker tread compound.

Thanks . Its not perfect but will do . The factory coating was very thick and had alot of blems in the aluminum. But once the lips are wrapped and the rivits done it will look pretty sweet
