not with out stretch and camper. Or a lot of wheel gap. I have a couple pictures of suby's with 9 inch tires with 38 offsets in one of the other motostar threads . Check them out , so you can see how they sit .

I don't think the offsets are low enough for him to run adapters with unless he can run "0" then he could get a +25 and run a 25mm adapter which would bring it to a 0 offset .
