    Driveshaft seems loose?

So, I'm not sure how bad this is, if at all.
But I had my car in the air a while ago, in gear, and when I was trying to get the rear tire off, I could turn it, quite a bit. Also noticed that the driveshaft going into the transfer case (from the rear) would spin quite a bit before it stopped. Not sure if this is good/bad/awful. But I feel that's the clunk I'm feeling, rather than the differential bushings. Was wondering if you know what the issue could be, and how much it may be to fix?

    Sounds like an open diff.

Have you looked at the trani and diff mounts? Have you done the trani/diff fluid.
You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

cameron logic would be to drop 2nd gear @6k and see what breaks, then replace that (those) part(s)

I have, I used RP, and I hate it, so much. On a cold start, it does NOT want to shift, and grinds when shifting. So once I find some money, I'm changing the tranny fluid out for something not so #!#!#!#!ty.

But yes, new fluid all around. Although, it's done this clunk forever. Haleem said it could be a diff bushing, and I'm not at all saying he's wrong, I just got concerned when I could spin the driveshaft, while i twas in gear. To me, that seems pretty bad. But I know nothing.

Stock clutch? Dual mass could be junk. Some movement is normal but I'm not sure how your awd works . The driveshaft may not engage until the front wheels slip or something. Haleem would be the one to ask.

Stock clutch, yeah. I'm gonna be setting money aside once I get a job, to get that replaced. I feel like it's on it's way out, rather quickly. Car needs tons of work to be nice again.. All takes money. But once I get a job, and can afford gas, I plan on giving him a call, see if he can check some things, or come on a small drive with me, to see if I can replicate some #!#!#!#!ed up sounds I hear from time to time.
