I have a Front wheel bearing and new hub for Jess's Jetta and the spacer for the o2 . When would you have time to do it and the inspection?

Haleem, you into stretching tires at all? I need some 205/45s mounted on 8"/9" wide wheels. If so, how much am I looking at? Brand new wheels and tires. And since Im broke, I can balance them at my house if it will save me some money. Just need someone to get them stretched for me.
