So I have the basic aem meth kit and looking to buy nozzles, failsafe, and filter for it but what size nozzles to I get? Should I get a certain brand? Coolingmist, snow performance or aem nozzle? Do I need a solenoid for the second nozzle? And any other advice you can give. Thanks drew

If I remember correctly i think Alex usually pushes the aem failsafes . I'd call or email him directly if your in a hurry, he hasn't been able to be on every day like.he used to since the shop venture and child. You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

Sorry brother. Been stooooopid busy and haven't had time to get caught up on emails, messages, etc etc....
The nozzles themselves are all pretty standard now. For longevity you'll be limited to about 600lb/ft before you window the motor on stock rods.
If you're looking to make another 100whp or so, then I'd suggest running two of AEM's medium nozzles (425 or something along those lines). Run their filter as well. I highly suggest the AEM failsafe as well. I've installed a few and tuned a lot and it's been amazing in every car. Map trace the flow, data log the flow info and set limits along the entire curve. My only gripe so far is that it only flows up to 1000cc. I would have it in my own car but I flow somewhere around 1400cc last time I checked and my current water/meth system has its own failsafe but it's nothing compared to the AEM one.Alex W.

With two big nozzles you were around 1050cc.
You can still use the failsafe, you just have to run it behind the "Y" so you're only measuring one nozzle's flow instead of the main line. At least in theory it should work. I've yet to try it that way. The flow numbers are irrelevant at that point, and you're looking for the flow trend. You set the scaling up the same. If it "overflows" as in the line comes off one of the nozzles, it will shut down. If it "underflows" as in a clogged line or the line comes off the pump, then it shuts down.
I may be picking up the failsafe anyway and testing it myself on my own car first to confirm all of that. We have it in stock btw if anyone needs one.Alex W.
