Hey fellas,

We have some amazing connections for OEM/stock parts. Basically anything you'd go to autozone/advanced for, we can most likely get. Brakes, gasket kits, heater core, window regulator... just about anything.

SO... In order to keep our sales volumes up, we need to sell OEM/stock parts. Lots of them. We want to help you guys help us. Any stock/OEM/replacement part you need/want we will sell as close to cost as possible. There's never a shipping cost if you come to the shop to pick it up.
We can generally beat any autozone/advanced price, and often beat autozone/advanced wholesale prices.

-If you need aftermarket performance parts, we can help as well. We are as competitively priced as most places, and again, there's no shipping if you come pick it up.

-Need a built motor? We can accommodate that as well. With a fantastic machine shop at our disposal we can build you anything from mild to wild.

-Need something custom machined/CnC'd/waterjet/etc? We have sources for everything and anything.

Thanks no big rush, looks like my parents "may" help me out with getting the Forester on the road. But when I told them I needed 3k my dad was, ah........ less eager to help..lol my buddy was at precision today picking up a motor and mentioned what happened with the Forester. He told him I was looking to get a short block and have him clean/check the heads and he recommended I drop off the whole motor and have him go through it before I just order stuff. So I may do that just waiting to see what that will cost , should have that Monday/Tuesday also . Then I can figure out what way I want to tackle it.

2004 Forester Xt

Need crank and both heads and cams . Sti Nitrated crank please , not sure if there is a price difference between ej255 heads to the ej257 heads same with the cams. So price on both if they are different . Never priced out the cams, depending on price I'll probably go aftermarket unless stock is significantly cheaper.

What's your recommendation on pistons and rods ??

Priced everything out on a site the other day and ended up in the 5k range..

Thinking maybe skipping rods as I have 3 good rods . Think I'll be fine with OEM rods and forged pistons ?

Talked to Randall yesterday . He said wisco pistons .20 over (100) and eagle rods . Or he said I would be fine with stock rods maybe through arp bolts on them for extra strength.

The heads are really the most important thing I need to figure out. Depending on what I do with those will depict how much money I have for other parts.

Just this morning I found a kid on NES selling 2.0 heads, Sti crank and 4 pistons and cams. Last post was December, waiting to hear what he still has available .

You know anything about running 2.0 heads on my 2.5 block?? I know the head has to be machined, Randall said around $300 to do it. Is there anything else??
