Can this be wrapped?

So Zoom6 I am getting a front lip for my car, I have a rear CF valance and would like to tie the front and rear of the car together.

I have a OEM votex front lip for my car and am having it painted, I wanted to know if it was possible just to wrap the center section in CF:

Here is a white GTI with the lip:

And here is one that's been painted where I would like to get the CF wrap:

Is it too tight in there to get a wrap for just that section?

In my limited experience it would be easier with the part off the car, but pretty tough to get in the tight spots neatly.

Stretching the wrap helps but will also distort the CF weave on the wrap.

    Just my opinion.

Its off the car now, I was thinking about just plastidipping it if wrapping wouldn't work.

Steve is right, the weave will distort some to conform to those curves. It shouldn't be too drastic though. I don't imagine many people will be on the ground close enough to it to notice. It looks doable though. How wide is that section that you want wrapped?
