IT IS A DONATION. If it was a "fee", it would go towards us. We DONATE 100% of the money to make a wish. It is a REQUIRED donation to go on the cruise with us.

Nobody should have had to ask for it! If nobody met you at the entrance, you should have asked your buddy who was in charge, walked up, and given the $10. It's not like it was a secret. It was very well known that there was a mandatory donation required.
