yeah it was quite a bit of work i had to do. I did most of it with some help from friends. the only thing i had done was the bottom end assembly, i took it to the machine shop to get done, otherwise it was alot of labor, pizza and beer. We actually assembled the long block in the basement and had to carry it up a flight of stairs.

So i ran at epping today and ran a 13.29 @ 107.5 w/2.24 60', that was my first and best run. Every run after i had issues either getting into 2nd or 3rd. the third run i did a 1.75 60' but missed 3rd

so now ill be changing the tranny fluid and getting motor mounts hopefully ill be able to run a 13 flat wih this tune, before i get the headers, ewg, stickier tires(right now im running on regular michelins), and a more aggressive tune, then hopefully ill be in the low 12s high 11s.... well see what this summer holds

man you gotta get that shifting down...stock sti times are around that. just keep working on it and youll get it. I ran a 13.8 in my wrx with #!#!#!#!ty tires and a turboback.

Gotta get that 60ft down like you had in that 1 run with the 1.75 bud and nail the shifting.

Guys with a full bolt(intake,turboback and pro tune) on STI putting down low 300's for whp are hitting low 12's(12.3) @110+ mph

get that 60ft around the 1.7-1.8 area and work out the shifting then we should run. probably be pretty close runs. you top end will kill me though
