Thanks for the warm welcome. The wife and I just got back from a nice road trip to the Cape, to look at some potential summer rentals. Took the MR2 from Andover to Provincetown and back, (on only half a tank of gas). We were crusing on 6A in Dennis with the top down, when some dude in a sweet Aston Martin convertible who was following us for miles, smokes past us like we're sitting still. That car sounds amazing at WOT.
Hopefully we can join the Kanc ride. Love Bear Notch Road (watch out for moose). You guys are brave taking Hurricane Mtn Rd. We took Hurricane Mtn Rd in the Fall and then went North on 113 up to Rt 2. 113 N is a pretty cool ride...
Anyone going to the Merrimack College car show "today"?

Not being a dick, curious why you would go from an Evo, to a GTO, to a spyder?!?
Thats a fair question......After owning something for 2 years I will just get kinda "bored" with it. When the Evo finally came to the US I had to have one. Then when the LS2 6 spd Monaro (GTO) came here I had to have one. Loved both those cars. Then, some old guy in my town was selling the Spyder and I bought the MR2, when I still had the GTO.
I had always wanted a Spyder ever since I sat in one at the Auto Show and found that, despite being a small car, they have tons of leg room. Then gas hit like $4/ gallon and I found myself driving the GTO less and the Spyder more. Eventually I sold the GTO, before the 3/36 warranty expired, so I could still get good $ for it.
Spyder is one of the funest cars I ever driven, lightweight, rear engine/rear wheel drive, handles like a street legal go kart. Actually goes good in snow with 4 snow tires and I love convertibles as well. But, its been almost 2 years since I bought it and I'll probably sell it soon It's a form of mental illness....
There is people like US out there but there it yet to have soem kind of rehab center to US..... I'm in convinced it is some kind of mental illness. Here I am 34 years old and have been driving for 18 years and have owned 54 yes that's right 54 cars in total. My current ride is a 2006 limited wrx whixh is the current record holder of 15 months.
