I am not here to advertise the 240 site. It seemed like a lot of talk on that thread was just about things we heard. I was hoping someone one here would realize that the original poster was in the market for a car. Guess you all missed that and thought you could #!#!#!#! on me instead. Sorry for thinking outside of the box and try to get you guys to add some substance to the forum. Guess you are narrow minded. Don't like what I have to say? Sorry, but I came to you guys for some insight, not to be bashed.

anyone one banned from a site isn't going to have anything good to say about it.... don't think anyone is Bashing you personally but seems like you have your own opinion of supra owners.

No, I don't have my own opinion of Supra owners! In fact when I posted this I was hoping they would have something nice to say, or say "I know a guy with a Supra for sale." Something like that, looks like my original view of Supra owners was wrong. The replies in this thread helped with the change of opinion though.

I think some of the issue is that this was posted in the Welcome Mat witch is for New members to introduce them selves not ask members to view a nother site. The OP should have maybe copyed the OP from the other thread and pasted or just typed the question in the General section or may Tech depending on what info he was looking for.

First off, the people who were supposedly "bashing" you aren't even supra owners so settle down with that #!#!#!#!. There were two supra owners that chimed in here. Myself and eric. I took your op as looking to get a few supra guys over to your site so your members could learn more about supras. I simply replied that you can find almost all the infomation you need on supra specific forums and that it would be your best route. As for eric, well he's just an asshole. everyone knows this. Second, your op was so vague it didn't even suggest a question. If you had asked a specific question, you most likely would have gotten a specific answer. Example: "Hey everyone, I'm looking to buy a supra, got any suggestions where to look, things to look for, etc." There are plenty of people in here who are always more than willing to help out others and always up for a good convo, technical or not. So maybe you should reconsider your op before you start collectively ripping on everyone else in here. Keep in mind, your a guest. Act accordingly or can quickly be put out on your ass. Now, you want to try again?

I wouldn't go near Supraforums.. with the question that the Op asked.. I am sure he will get pwned in a matter of minutes. Then his name and address will be posted and then it gets ugly. I think the supra is a great platform to modify. Is it perfect from the factory? no, but for being a 15 year old car it can still handle itself rather well against brand new cars.
