Thank you! The yellow does draw attention... but whatever. Ever since I was a little kid, yellow cars = fast... so I specifically looked for a yellow one and had to go all the way to Montpelier VT for it.

Rims will eventually be black spoked, with a yellow rim around the edge, and a unique yellow trim.

I can't take full credit for the trunk mod. A different version was posted on cobaltss.net, and I modified it to do what I wanted. When the funds are there, the stock brackets will be replaced with 2 linear actuators which will allow it to slide straight out via power, all by hitting my trunk release button on the key fob.

If the cruise is prior to 10/19, I won't be there as I am currently serving a 30 day suspension of my license for being an idiot. Don't watch FNF and drive on the highway late at night!

      Thanks!

Why don't you take that opinion of yours, and shove it right up that smiley ass in your post?

It's one thing if someone puts up a post asking for opinions on what to do or change on a car... it's something else entirely to just tell someone what to do with THEIR vehicle.....

Um.... no i'm not. Someone commented on it, and said it looked good and that they hadn't seen that before... I simply explained it.

Seen many racecars with their trunk hanging out?

It's simply a show mod. Something different that others don't have to hopefully garner me a few points at a show.

I know I'm new on this forum... but that doesn't mean I'm gonna lay down and take crap simply because I'm "the new guy".

give the man a break, at least its something custom and not just a bolt on...

Just get used to it, people on here aren't afraid to speak their minds. If you actually care what other people think don't modify your car, theres always someone whos not going to like what you do.

Your own opinion should matter more to you than, say, brett's. (silver r)
